Crime news: reminder about interim payments training
Legal Aid Transformation training on Litigator Graduated Fee Scheme (LGFS) interim payments.
We’d like to remind you that online training is still available covering the:
- introduction of interim payments for the LGFS
- cracked trial fee changes for advocates and litigators
A module is available on the provider training website to help providers prepare for the introduction of the above reforms.
These are due to be introduced on 2 October 2014, subject to parliamentary process.
