Changes to how you can contact CICA by phone.
We are testing a change to our telephone opening hours. This will allow us to focus more staff on assessing claims because of an increased demand on our service.
Our new telephone opening hours are 8.30am to 3pm Monday to Friday.
We are prioritising urgent enquiries, and enquiries from people who cannot access online services. You can still contact us by post, email or using our online contact form. We will only contact you if we need more information to consider your claim or when we send a decision letter. If your enquiry is not urgent, please wait for us to contact you.
We will monitor the effect of increased demand on our service and will give an update on any future changes.
