The Conflict, Stability and Security Fund (CSSF) procurement framework will be retendering on 26 February 2018. The CSSF provides support in countries which are at risk of conflict or instability, in order to reduce these risks.

Suppliers who are interested in bidding for inclusion on the framework should follow Bravo for updates. Potential suppliers who are not already registered on Bravo should register now. Registration is free and instantaneous.

Once registered, when the standard Selection Questionnaire is live, suppliers should navigate to →PQQs Open to All Suppliers, →PQQ 495.

Current suppliers do not need to re-register, but will need to complete the standard Selection Questionnaire (PQQ495) to be considered for the new procurement framework as part of the due diligence process.

Suppliers will be required to pass the standard Selection Questionnaire and second stage Invitation to Tender. The burden of proof remains with suppliers to provide sufficient supporting evidence to the UK government, that it has the right capability and capacity to meet the CSSF’s needs. For example, suppliers will need to be able to operate in more than one country.

Please note suppliers will not be able to access the Selection Questionnaire (PQQ495) until it has been published on Bravo.
