The Queen has been pleased to approve that the honour of Dame Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire be conferred upon Vivien Judith Rose on her appointment as a Justice of the High Court.

Notes for editors

Vivien Judith Rose was called to the Bar by the Gray’s Inn in 1984, was appointed Standing Counsel to the Director General of Fair Trading in 1992 and has been a Legal Chairman of the Competition Appeal Tribunal since 2005.
