Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire (DBE) conferred

The Queen has been pleased to approve that the honour of Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire be conferred upon Miss Kathryn Mary Thirlwall QC on her appointment as a Justice of the High Court.
