Intellectual Property training courses

Primarily aimed at supporting students preparing to take the Trading Standards Institute DCATS IP examination, these courses are also ideal for anyone wishing to develop an understanding of all aspects of IP, civil copyright and trade mark issues, the role of the Intellectual Property Office, and IP crime.

Provided by the Intellectual Property Office and the Alliance Against IP Theft, courses are delivered by professionals from the IP arena.

The dates and venues for students sitting the November 2014 DCATS IP examination are:

  • 11 September 2014 - Criminal Law PRS for Music, London
  • 9 October 2014 - Revision Day Intellectual Property Office, Newport, South Wales

Booking: option 1

The full four courses package costs £499, including all refreshments and a free set of distance learning notes.

Booking: option 2

The two day course, Civil and Criminal Law days, can be booked as a stand alone course, at a charge of £299. This price does not include the distance learning notes.

Booking: option 3

Any individual day can be booked individually, at a charge of £199. This price does not include the distance learning notes.

Distance learning notes

These notes are updated annually, and can be purchased separately at a cost of £99 per set.
