Ecuadorean Vice Minister of Education visits the United Kingdom

The Vice Minister of Education, Freddy Peñafiel, together with the National Cooperation and International Relations Director, Alia Hassan, is attending the Educational World Forum in London.

Freddy Peñafiel, Vice Minister of Education, is currently in the United Kingdom together with Alia Hassan, National Cooperation and International Relations Director, to attend the Educational World Forum, the largest gathering of Education Ministers in the world. More than 50 Education Ministers and delegations from more than 70 countries are participating in the forum.

The forum, which is taking place in London from the 19th–22nd January, will facilitate discussions about the challenges and opportunities that the world faces today, and also discussions about education and technology as key tools in the development of each country’s educational system.

As well as attending the forum, the Vice Minister’s agenda includes meetings with important educational institutions and organizations from the UK in order to discuss possible agreements with Ecuador.
