Please note that the issue of Emergency Travel Documents has been temporarily suspended in Colombo due to a technical problem.

Emergency Travel Documents has been temporarily suspended in Colombo.

You can, however still apply for the ETD at the British High Commission in Colombo, but it will be issued in a neighbouring Post in India and couriered to Colombo. Please call 0115390639 or email Consular.enquiriescolombo@fco.gov.uk for further information
