Eric Pickles appointed to the public expenditure committee

The Treasury has announced that the Prime Minister has appointed Communities Secretary Eric Pickles to the Public Expenditure Committee.

This was published under the 2010 to 2015 Conservative and Liberal Democrat coalition government

The announcement follows confirmation that the Department for Communities and Local Government, along with Treasury, Cabinet Office, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, has reached a provisional resource settlement with Chancellor George Osborne.

Details of the Department’s settlement will be published on 20 October.
