Biographies
Graeme Fraser
Graeme has specialised in family law throughout his career. Graeme is well-known in the legal community and beyond not simply as an experienced specialist family lawyer, but also as a commentator, writer and trainer. Graeme is renowned for having dedicated his career to improving protections for cohabiting couples through his practice, through his work with Resolution and through commentary in the media.
He has not declared any political activity.
Rhys Taylor
Rhys Taylor was called to the Bar, in 1996, and practises from 30 Park Place, Cardiff. He is also a Recorder and Arbitrator. He is member of the Pension Advisory Group, the Editor of the Financial Remedies Journal and a contributing editor to the Red Book.

Poonam Bhari
Poonam Bhari was called to the Bar in 1999. She is a barrister, specialising in Family Law, practising from 3PB Chambers. Poonam has experience of representing parties in public and private family law cases involving children and / or matrimonial finances. She has appeared at all levels of the Family Court, the High Court and the Court of Appeal.
She has not declared any political activity.
The reappointments are made under Section 77(2) of the Courts Act 2003.
The reappointments are regulated by the Commissioner for Public Appointments and comply with the Governance Code on Public Appointments.
