FCO in contact with Crown Office and Dumfries and Galloway Constabulary

The FCO has issued a statement on contact with the Crown Office and Dumfries and Galloway Constabulary in connection with the Lockerbie bombing.

This was published under the 2010 to 2015 Conservative and Liberal Democrat coalition government

A Foreign Office spokesperson said:

“FCO officials have been in contact with representatives of the Crown Office and Dumfries and Galloway Constabulary in connection with the Lockerbie bombing and will be meeting with them on Monday to discuss the situation concerning Mr Musa Kusa further”.

Musa Kusa is a former senior Libya official of the Qadhafi regime. He arrived in the UK on 30 March and resigned from his post.
