First Serbian Investment Day in London to promote bilateral business opportunities
Serbian Government will host the first ever Serbia Investment Day in London to present Serbia as a major business destination in South East Europe.
On 29 October, the Serbian Government will host the first ever Serbia Investment Day in London to present Serbia as a major business destination in South East Europe and to provide insights on investment opportunities in key sectors such as the automotive, technology and telecoms, food and drink, and energy industries.
The programme will feature key note speeches and interactive sessions with senior visitors including the Serbian Prime Minister Ivica Dačić, Transport Minister Aleksandar Antić, Finance Minister Lazar Krstić and Economy Minister Saša Radulović.
A number of UK businesses and financial institutions, such as Barclays, Citi and Citigroup, Standard Bank, BAT, Crown Agents, Easyjet, EC Harris, EMAC Global, ERI Ltd, Freshfields, G4S, GSK, Harrisons Solicitors, KPMG, MACE, Mid Europa Partners, New Europe Capital, Parsons Brinckerhoff, Pera Training, Pluto Finance, Populous, Rio Tinto, English Book, Wyn River - have confirmed their participation in the programme.
A networking drinks reception will follow the event, where guests will have the chance to informally discuss the opportunities for boosting the bilateral trade and business links.
British Charge d’Affaires in Belgrade, David McFarlane, members of the UKTI Belgrade, and officials from the Serbian Embassy in London will also take part in the programme.
