Flexible working can make good business sense
From 30 June all employees will have the statutory right to request flexible working.

Flexible working is not just about your staff working part-time. It can include a variety of arrangements including job sharing, working from home, compressed hours, flexitime and annualised hours.

As an employer you don’t have to say yes, but must give the request reasonable consideration. Flexible working is great for helping individuals find a better balance between work and other commitments outside work.
