Floods in Germany

German weather authorities have issued serious weather warnings for heavy rain and risks of flooding.

The German weather authorities have issued a series of weather and flood warnings for states in Germany. Particularly affected are Bavaria, Saxony, Saxony Anhalt and Thuringia.

Some people may experience disruption to travel plans as a result. We recommend to check with your destination’s local authority or with your travel operator for the travel latest information. Rail services in Germany have been affected.
