Foreign Secretary 'very disappointed by settlement activity in East Jerusalem'
The Foreign Secretary spoke to President Abbas today in advance of his meeting with Secretary Clinton next week.
Speaking after the call the Foreign Secretary said:
“I made clear to President Abbas that I was very disappointed by the settlemet activity in East Jerusalem this week. However I continue to believe that the current talks offer a genuine chance to make progress, and that the priority of all parties should be returning to them as soon as possible.”
