During the coronavirus pandemic lockdown, teams across GAD have continued to work remotely with clients to keep projects on track.

To help ensure the work of government continues, our actuaries, analysts and other business professionals have been working from home, while continuing to deliver high quality advice to our clients and provide excellent support to our staff.

Supporting government

We have worked with our clients to support the government in dealing with the issues arising from the COVID-19 crisis.

Projects that GAD has been involved in include:

  • liaising with the analysis function across government to support departments requiring additional analysis to support COVID-19 related workstreams
  • supporting further analysis to inform the government’s nationwide response to the pandemic
  • working with the risk protection arrangement to assess the impact of COVID-19 related changes on school activities
