Government Legal Department summer placement scheme

Please note that the deadline date has now passed and applications are no longer being accepted.

A vacation placement with the Government Legal Department (GLD) is a great way for students with a particular interest in law to gain a practical insight into the work carried out by the largest department in the GLS.

The GLD vacation scheme is open to any law undergraduate student or those currently completing the GDL, LPC or BPTC.

There are a total of 10 placements running over two, one-week schemes. The dates are:

• Monday 6 July to Friday 10 July 2015
• Monday 13 July to Friday 17 July 2015

Deadline date for applications: 1 pm on Wednesday 13 May 2015.
