The Delphi Economic Forum IV took place from Thursday 28 February to Sunday 3 March 2019 and focused on current international and geopolitical trends; international business and investment relations; European affairs ahead of the European Parliament elections; and Greece’s prospects.

Moreover, the forum examined Greece’s need for structural reforms and new leadership strategies, aiming to explore a new model of governance. The main theme of the Delphi Economic Forum IV was: “The Challenge of Inclusive Growth”.

Representatives from 24 countries, 500 speakers from around the world, 2,500 delegates and 200 accredited journalists from Greece and abroad, gathered at the Delphi Economic Forum IV to conduct valuable discussions over the course of four days and 95 featured sessions.

Political leaders of Greece, as well as senior government officials, ministers and delegations from Europe, America, Africa and Asia, EU Commissioners and internationally renowned personalities from the fields of politics, economics, business and academia were all present.

The forum agenda included one-to-one discussions with Ambassadors to Greece, among which was British Ambassador Kate Smith CMG, who participated in the strand “In Conversation”, with Greek journalist Yannis Palaiologos, focussing on Brexit developments at that time.
