IPO support to suppliers due to COVID-19

This notice is intended for our external suppliers who provide goods or services to the IPO under commercial arrangements.

The current outbreak of COVID-19 is unprecedented and may have a significant impact on businesses of all sizes. Communication is extremely important at this time and if the current situation is causing difficulties when providing the IPO with goods and services then please email procurement@ipo.gov.uk.

The IPO continue to pay supplier invoices promptly to maintain cash flow and to protect jobs (our Finance team are settling invoices on a daily basis). Please ensure invoices are sent electronically to the IPO Finance mailbox address payables@ipo.gov.uk.

IPO suppliers may wish to refer to the published government guidance for further information.
