Kirkella and Shovette report and safety flyer published
Collision between a fishing vessel and a harbour tug at King George Dock, Hull, England.
Today, we have published our accident investigation report into the collision between the UK registered fishing vessel Kirkella and the UK registered unmanned tug Shovette, resulting in pollution at King George Dock, Hull on 24 June 2022.
A safety flyer to the shipping industry has also been produced with this report.
