The Queen has been pleased to approve that the honour of Knighthood be conferred upon Mr Marcus Alexander Smith, Esquire, QC, on his appointment as a Justice of the High Court.
Background
Marcus Alexander Smith was called to the Bar (L) in 1991 and took Silk in 2010. He was appointed as a fee-paid Chairman of the Competition Appeal Tribunal in 2009.
