Lessons learnt since 9/11

During a visit to the US the Home Secretary gave a speech to the Council on Foreign Relations.

This was published under the 2010 to 2015 Conservative and Liberal Democrat coalition government

Speaking from Washington Theresa May said: ‘The tenth anniversary of 9/11 is inevitably a time for reflection. A time first and foremost to remember all of those who lost their lives. But also to reflect on the terrorist threats we still face, on the lessons we have learned and on the challenges ahead.’
