Local Sustainability Fund: 2016 awards
265 small to medium-sized voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations awarded a share of the Local Sustainability Fund.
The Local Sustainability Fund (LSF) has awarded funds to 265 small to medium-sized high-impact voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations.
The LSF, administered by the Big Lottery Fund, is providing up to £20 million of government funding to high-impact VCSE organisations. It is targeting small to medium-sized VCSE organisations with an income of between £100,000 to £1.5 million a year, and which provide vital services to vulnerable and disadvantaged people.
The first phase of the application process closed on 26 July 2015. Over 1,000 organisations responded, approximately 400 of these were shortlisted and invited to complete a full application.
