In his introduction, the Chief Inspector of Marine Accidents, Andrew Moll OBE, acknowledges Jeremy Dale, Robert Greenwood and Samantha Ward, for introducing the merchant, fishing and recreational sections of this edition. Each is an expert in their own field, and their insights to safety help bring contemporary context to the cautionary tales in our latest volume.
