In this free Manchester evening seminar Peter explored what devolution could mean for whole system commissioning of public services and implications for local and national commissioners, as well as practitioners and providers. Peter examined what aspects of public services can and should be devolved and discussed the opportunities and challenges it presents for local service commissioning.
