Mark Garnier MP, Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Department for International Trade, visits Colombia

The Parliamentary Under Secretary of State will lead on high value export and investment campaigns in Education and Financial Services.

During his visit to Colombia Under Secretary of State Garnier will have bilateral meetings with Colombian Minister of Education ad interim, Francisco Cardona and Rosa María Cely, Manager of ‘Colombia Bilingüe’ Programme. This will be the opportunity to Highlight UK expertise on tertiary, HE education, vocational training ELT and TVET.

Likewise, Mr Garnier will meet with Ximena Cadena, Colombian Vice-Minister of Finance and Public Credit for General Affairs in order to highlight the UK expertise on Insurance and Reinsurance sector, FinTech & Financial Inclusion.
