Mr Andrew Soper has been appointed Her Majesty's Ambassador to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in succession to Mr John Saville.
Mr Andrew Soper has been appointed Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in succession to Mr John Saville, who will be transferring to another Diplomatic Service appointment. Mr Soper will take up his appointment in October 2017.
