Paul Glibbery was appointed to the Authority from 8 April 2024.
Paul served 25 years in the military, gaining experience in a wide range of disciplines from secure satellite communications and IT infrastructure to strategic planning. His service culminated with several operational deployments and command of a regiment.
Paul then went on to gain extensive experience leading complex change and digital business transformation programmes for major global technology brands including Hewlett Packard, Airbus and Fujitsu. He has worked with many demanding clients across the public and private sector.
Since 2020 Paul has been the Chief Information Officer for Grainger Plc, the UKs largest listed residential landlord.
