NMRO telephone lines not working

Details on how to contact NMRO whilst there is a telephone line fault.

No longer relevant as the telephone lines are now working again.

The National Measurement and Regulation Office (NMRO) has a telephone line fault that is preventing NMRO from receiving external calls. However, the fault is not affecting email or online transactions. The following methods for staying in contact with NMRO during this period are as follows:

1. contact a member of staff by email
2. submit an enquiry to the Enforcement Authority team
3. apply for Certification Services

NMRO is sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to have telephone lines working again as soon as possible.
