UK and Italy explore new frontiers in gamma-ray astrophysics
On Friday 14 February 2020, scientists from Italy and the UK met at Villa Wolkonsky to discuss past, present and future scientific collaborations between the two countries. Italy and the UK share strong scientific ties, making Italy one of the closest partners to the UK.
Britain considers international cooperation in Research and Development essential for growth and Italy is a strongly valued partner. To further more ambitious bilateral projects, Ambassador Morris favoured the meeting of some of the brightest minds in the UK and Italy at her residence.
