Online services unavailable: 11 to 14 February 2022
Advanced notice of maintenance works to our online debt relief, redundancy payments and IP upload services over the second weekend of February 2022.
Due to essential maintenance work, several of our online services will be unavailable from 5pm on Friday 11 February until 9am Monday 14 February:
- claim for redundancy payments and other money owed
- claim for loss of notice pay
- apply for bankruptcy
- Insolvency Practitioner Upload Service (including RP14/A upload and Director Conduct Reporting Service)
- debt relief order
These services are available until the maintenance works begin and our technical team will be closely monitoring developments.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience and we will provide further updates if these services do not resume on Monday morning.
