UK Visa Application Centre (VAC) in Nairobi moves to a new premises in Westlands effective July 1

We are pleased to announce that from 01 July 2014 the UK Visa Application Centre (VAC) will move to new purpose built premises in Westlands, Nairobi. Our new offices will help deliver improved customer services, with access to a premium lounge and additional priority services.

Customers will continue to make their applications online and book appointments at the new visa application centre through http://www.visa4uk@fco.gov.uk

If you are submitting an application or collecting your passport and application decision, after 1 July, you will need to go to the new Visa Application Centre:
