Panel of experts to improve production of local plans

A panel of experts to examine what measures or reforms are helpful to ensure efficient and effective production of local plans.

This was published under the 2015 to 2016 Cameron Conservative government

On 15 September 2015 Housing and Planning Minister Brandon Lewis launched a panel of experts to examine what measures or reforms may be helpful in ensuring the efficient and effective production of local plans.

The panel has now met for the first time and decided to invite views from the planning and property industry, local government and other partners to assist its consideration of the issues.
