Payments into RBS, NatWest and Ulster Bank accounts
The RBS banking group (RBS, NatWest and Ulster Bank) are experiencing problems with their IT services.

We are aware that this has caused delays to receipt of payments to some Veterans UK customers with RBS group accounts.
RBS has stated that all payments due should be received by Saturday and that no customers will be left out of pocket or encounter any fees or charges as a result of this issue.
