Pelican of London report and safety flyer published

Today, we have published our accident investigation report into the loss of the volunteer relief cook from the UK registered sail training vessel Pelican of London after he fell from the top of the vessel’s gangway into the water on 2 October 2023.
A safety flyer to the shipping industry has also been produced with this report.
