The following summary of planned new and ongoing road improvements over the coming week is correct as of 17 June 2016 but could be subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. All our improvement work is carried out with the aim of causing as little disruption as possible.

A38 Hilliards Cross exit slip road: developer works

There will be a full 24 hour northbound exit slip road closure from 20 June ongoing until 10 December. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

A46 Kenilworth Bypass orthbound: scheme work

The northbound carriageway will be closed overnight between 8pm and 6am from 20 June until 22 June. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

A45 Stonebridge highway westbound: scheme work

The westbound carriageway will be closed overnight between 8pm and 6am from 23 June until 24 June. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

A49 Stapleton to Condover: carriageway resurfacing

The carriageway will be closed in both directions overnight for two nights between 7pm and 6.30am from 20 June until 22 June. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

A5 Church Bridge island to Parade junction: footway widening scheme

The eastbound carriageway will be closed overnight between 8pm and 8am from 20 June until 25 June. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

A5 Muckley Corner to Wall Island: improvement scheme

The eastbound carriageway will be closed overnight between 7pm and 6am from 20 June until 23 June. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

A5 Mile Oak exit slip road: safety fence repairs

The northbound exit slip road will be closed overnight for one night from 8pm 22 June until 6am the following morning (23 June). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

A5 Grendon to Holly Lane: resurfacing works

The eastbound carriageway will be closed overnight between 8pm and 6am from 24 June until 26 June. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M42 junction 3 exit slip road: survey works

The southbound exit slip road will be closed overnight between 9pm and 5am from 20 June until 26 June. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M42 junction 3 entry slip road: survey works

The southbound entry slip road will be closed overnight between 9pm and 5am from 20 June until 26 June. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M42 junction 3 exit slip road: survey works

The northbound exit slip road will be closed overnight between 9pm and 5am from 20 June until 26 June. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M42 junction 3 to junction 4: electrical works

The northbound carriageway will be closed overnight for one night from 10pm 23 June until 5am the following morning (24 June). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M42 junction 4 entry slip road: streetlight repairs

The southbound entry slip road will be closed overnight for one night from 8.30pm 24 June until 5am the following morning (25 June). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

The slip road leading to the A45 westbound will be closed overnight for one night from 8pm 25th June until 8am the following morning (26 June). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M5 junction 5 to junction 6 southbound carriageway: major scheme works

The southbound carriageway will be closed between 8pm and 6am from 20 June until 25 June. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M54 junction 6 to junction 7: electrical works

The carriageway will be closed overnight from 25 June from 11pm until 6am the following morning. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M6 junction 10 slip roads: carriageway surveys

The slip roads will be closed overnight between 8pm and 6am from 20 June until 23 June. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M6 junction 11a to junction 13, including junction 12 entry and exit slip roads: electrical repairs

The southbound carriageway including junction 12 slip roads will be closed overnight for one night from 8pm 20 June until 6am the following morning (21 June). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M6 junction 10 to junction 8: carriageway works

The southbound carriageway will be closed overnight between 9pm and 6am from 20 June until 26 June. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.
