The following summary of planned new and ongoing road improvements over the coming week is correct as of 4th August 2016 but could be subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. All our improvement work is carried out with the aim of causing as little disruption as possible.

A38 – Streethay slip road: carriageway works

The Slip Roads will be closed for 24 hours a day from 8th August ongoing until 10th November. A diversion route will be clearly signposted

A38 – Cappers Lane to Alrewas: sign inspections

The northbound carriageway Including all associated slip roads will be closed overnight between 8.30pm and 6am from 8th August until 14th August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted

The links from out of city A38M will be closed overnight between 9pm and 6am from 8th August until 14th August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

A449 – from A5 Gailey roundabout to Brewood Road: resurfacing works

The southbound carriageway will be closed overnight between 8pm and 6am from 8th August until 14th August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

A45 – A45/M45 Island to Memorial Island: area renewals

The carriageway will be closed overnight between 8pm and 6am from 8th August until 14th August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted

A458 – Middletown to Wollaston: resurfacing works

The carriageway will be closed in both directions overnight between 9pm and 7am from 8th August until 14th August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted

A46 – Warwick bypass: resurfacing works

The southbound carriageway will be closed until the morning of the 8th August at 6am. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

A46 – M5 junction 9 roundabout: carriageway surveys

The roundabout will be closed overnight between 8pm and 6am from 8th August until 13th August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted

A46 – Longbridge junction to M40 junction 15: carriageway patching

The roundabout will be closed for 24 hours from 7pm 8th August until 7pm 9th August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

A46 - Kenilworth Bypass: major improvement scheme

The northbound carriageway will be closed overnight between 8pm and 6am nightly on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

A46 - Coventry Eastern Bypass: major improvement scheme

The southbound carriageway will be closed overnight between 8pm and 6am on Saturday and Sunday 13 and 14 August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

A49 – Llandinabo to Wormlow – Marsh Lane to Tump Lane: carriageway resurfacing

The carriageway will be closed in both directions overnight between 9pm and 6am from 8th August until 14th August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted

A49 – Dinmore Hill slip road: CCTV works

The slip roads will be closed in both directions overnight between 9pm and 6am from 8th August until 14th August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

A49 –Church Stretton to Leebotwood: carriageway resurfacing

The carriageway will be closed in both directions overnight between 10pm and 6am from 8th August until 14th August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

A5 – Gailey roundabout: carriageway resurfacing

The roundabout will be closed overnight between 8pm and 6am from 8th August until 14th August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

A500 – A5006 from Michelin roundabout and A500 northbound sideway slip road: material deliveries

The northbound carriageway and slip road will be closed overnight between 8pm and 6am from 8th August until 14th August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted

A500 – Alsager to M6 junction 16: grass cutting and litter picking

The northbound slip road will be closed overnight for one night from 9.30pm 8th August until 5am the following morning (9th August). A diversion route will be clearly signposted

A500 – Alsager road cverbridge: carriageway repairs

The westbound carriageway will be closed overnight between 8pm and 6am from 11th August until 13th August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted

A500 – Alsager Road overbridge: carriageway repairs

The eastbound carriageway will be closed overnight between 8pm and 6am from 12th August until 14th August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted

M42 – junction 10 to junction 7: carriageway resurfacing

The southbound carriageway will be closed overnight between 9pm and 6am from 8th August until 14th August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted

M42 – junction 3 to junction 4: electrical works

The northbound carriageway will be closed overnight for one night from 10pm 8th August until 5am the following morning (9th August). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M42 – junction 5 entry slip road: manhole repairs

The northbound entry slip road will be closed overnight for one night from 9pm 9th August until 6am the following morning (10th August). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M42 – junction 2 exit and entry slip road: grass cutting

The southbound exit and entry slip road will be closed overnight for one night from 8.30pm 10th August until 6am the following morning (11th August). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M42 – junction 4 exit and entry slip road: grass cutting

The southbound exit and entry slip road will be closed overnight for one night from 8.30pm 11th August until 6am the following morning (12th August). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M42 – junction 10 to junction 7: removal of narrow lanes

The southbound carriageway will be closed overnight for one night from 8pm 12th August until 6am the following morning (13th August). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M42 – junction 9 entry slip road: narrow lanes installation.

The southbound entry slip roads will be closed overnight between 8pm and 8am from 12th August until 14th August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M42 – junction 9 to junction 7: removal of narrow lanes

The southbound carriageway will be closed overnight between 8pm and 8am from 12th August until 14th August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M42 – junction 3 exit and entry slip road: grass cutting

The southbound exit and entry slip road will be closed overnight for one night from 8.30pm 12th August until 6am the following morning (13th August). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M5 – junction 1 entry slip road: carriageway works

The northbound entry slip road will be closed overnight between 8pm and 6am from 8th August until 12th August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M5 – junction 1 exit slip road: carriageway works

The southbound exit slip road will be closed overnight between 8pm and 6am from 8th August until 12th August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M5 junctions 4a to 5: major project

The southbound carriageway between junctions 5 and 6 will be closed overnight, between 8pm and 6am on Monday and Tuesday 8 and 9 August.

The southbound carriageway between junctions 4a and 5 will be closed on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday 10, 11, 12 and 14 August. On 11 August the closure will include the southbound entry slip road at junction 5.

The northbound carriageway between junctions 6 and 5 will be closed overnight, between 8pm and 6am, on Saturday 13 August.

M50 – junction 1 to junction 2: carriageway works

The westbound carriageway will be closed overnight between 8pm and 6am from 8th August until 14th August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M6 – junction 6 Salford Circus to M6: rewaterproofing and structural repairs

There will be a 24hour carriageway closure in both directions from 8th July 2016 ongoing until 23rd December 2017. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M6 – junction 7 to junction 8: carriageway works

The northbound carriageway will be closed in both directions overnight between 9pm and 6am from 9th August until 14th August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M6 – junction 7 exit slip road: carriageway works

The northbound exit slip road will be closed overnight between 9pm and 6am from 8th August until 14th August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M6 – junction 10 to junction 8: carriageway works

The southbound carriageway will be closed overnight between 9pm and 6am from 8th August until 14th August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M6 – junction 9 Entry and Exit Slip Roads. West Midlands. Carriageway Works

The southbound slip roads will be closed overnight between 8pm and 6am from 8th August until 14th August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M6 – junction 10 entry and exit slip roads: carriageway works

The southbound slip roads will be closed overnight between 8pm and 6am from 8th August until 14th August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

The southbound link road will be closed overnight between 9pm and 6am from 8th August until 14th August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.
