The following summary of planned new and ongoing road improvements over the coming week is correct as of the above date but could be subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. All our improvement work is carried out with the aim of causing as little disruption as possible.

Bristol

M32 junction 1 to junction 2: MetroBus scheme (Bristol City Council work)

Narrow lanes with 50mph speed restrictions will be in operation northbound and southbound until the end of November.

M32 junction 2 to junction 3: MetroBus scheme (Bristol City Council work)

Northbound and southbound carriageways will be closed nightly, 9pm to 6am, from 17 October until 22 October. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

Gloucestershire

M5 junction 14 to junction 12: bridge maintenance

Narrow lanes with 50mph speed restrictions will be in place on southbound and northbound carriageways until June 2017.

M5 junction 10 to junction 11A: structures

Narrow lanes with 50mph speed restrictions will be in operation northbound and southbound until January 2017.

M5 junction 10: survey

Northbound entry slip road will be closed overnight from 8pm on 18 October until 6am on 19 October. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

A40 Elmbridge Court roundabout: construction work

Narrow lanes with 40mph speed restrictions will be in place until February 2018

Wiltshire

A36 Cley Hill to Crockerton: drainage

Southbound lane closure will be in place until 28 October.

M4 junction 16: resurfacing

Eastbound entry slip road will be closed nightly, 8pm to 6am, from 19 October until 22 October. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

M4 junction 17: resurfacing

Westbound carriageway will be closed overnight between the exit slip road and entry slip road from 10pm on 21 October until 6am on 22 October. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

North Somerset

M5 junction 21: resurfacing

Northbound entry slip road will be closed overnight from 8pm on 17 October until 6am on 18 October. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

Somerset

M5 junction 25 to junction 26: resurfacing

Southbound carriageway will be closed overnight from 8pm on 18 October until 6am on 19 October. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

M5 junction 26 to junction 25: resurfacing

Northbound carriageway will be closed from 8pm on 19 October until 6am on 20 October. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

A303 South Petherton to Southfields: bridge work

Lane closure, with overnight traffic lights, will be in place from 9pm until 6am, Monday to Saturday only, until 1 November.

South Gloucestershire

M5 junction 14 to junction 15: Western Power work

Northbound and southbound carriageways will be closed overnight from 9pm on 23 October until 6am on 24 October. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

M5 junction 14: survey

Southbound exit slip road and entry slip road will be closed overnight from 8pm on 17 October until 6am on 18 October. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

M48 Severn Bridge: structures

Eastbound carriageway will be closed nightly, 8pm to 7am, from 21 October until 24 October. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

Devon

A30 Honiton to Stockland junction: tree cutting

Eastbound and westbound carriageway will be closed daily, 9am to 6pm, from 18 October until 20 October. Diversion will be clearly signposted.
