The following summary of planned new and ongoing road improvements over the coming week is correct as of the above date but could be subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

All our improvement work is carried out with the aim of causing as little disruption as possible.

Bristol

M32 junction 1 to 2: MetroBus scheme (Bristol City Council work)

Narrow lanes with 50mph speed restrictions will be in operation northbound and southbound until the end of September.

M32 junction 1 to 2: surveys (MetroBus work)

Southbound carriageway will be closed nightly, 9pm to 6am, from 26 July until 28 July. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

M32 junction 3 to 1: (MetroBus work)

Northbound carriageway will be closed nightly, 9pm to 6am, from 26 July until 28 July. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

M48 Severn Bridge: cable work

Lane one will be closed eastbound and westbound until mid-September.

M48 Severn Bridge: cable work

Eastbound and westbound carriageways, including the junction 2 eastbound entry slip road and junction 1 westbound entry slip road, will be closed from 7am until 5pm on 30 July. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

Gloucestershire

M5 junction 14 to 12: bridge maintenance

Narrow lanes with 50mph speed restrictions will be in place on the southbound and northbound carriageways until June 2017.

M5 junction 10 to 11A: structures

Narrow lanes with 50mph speed restrictions will be in operation northbound and southbound until mid-November.

Wiltshire

A303/A36 Deptford Interchange: maintenance

Southbound exit slip road will be closed from 8pm on 27 July until 6am on 28 July. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

Somerset

A303 Ilchester: surveys

Westbound exit and entry slip roads will be closed nightly, 8pm to 6am, from 27 July until 29 July. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

Eastbound exit and entry slip roads will be closed from 8pm on 29 July until 6am on 30 July. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

Devon

A303 Marsh: surveys

Eastbound and westbound entry slip roads will be closed from 8pm on 25 July until 6am on 26 July. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

Westbound exit slip road will be closed nightly, 8pm to 6am, from 25 July until 27 July. Diversion will be clearly signposted.
