Planned new and ongoing road improvements over the coming week.
The following summary of planned new and ongoing road improvements over the coming week is correct as of 7 August 2015 but could be subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. All our improvement work is carried out with the aim of causing as little disruption as possible.
A30 - Whiddon Down, east of Okehampton: horticultural works
There will be lane closures on the westbound carriageway from 9am – 1pm on Monday 10 August and a 24-hour lane closure on Wednesday 12 August.
A30 – Tedburn St Mary, west of Exeter: white lining
There will be overnight lane closures on the westbound carriageway from Monday 10 August until Wednesday 12 August from 7pm – 6am.
A30 – Okehampton Bypass: white lining
There will be lane closures on the westbound carriageway from Wednesday 12 August to Friday 14 August between 7pm and 6am.
A38 Drumbridges, Heathfield, south of Exeter: junction improvement scheme
There are various lane closures on sliproads and the roundabout until 4 September.
A38 Kennford, south of Exeter: junction improvement scheme
Work in the coming weeks includes westbound lane closures between 7pm and 6am and eastbound lane closures from 8pm to 6am until 21 August.
A30 between Temple and Higher Carblake, east of Bodmin: junction improvement scheme
There are 24-hour lane closures eastbound and westbound, with a temporary 40mph limit and temporary traffic lights between 8pm and 6am up until 31 March 2017.
A38 - various locations between Latchbrook and Saltash Tunnel, Plymouth: junction improvement scheme
There will be overnight lane closures on the eastbound carriageway between 7pm and 6am on Monday 10 August and Tuesday 11 August.
A38 Saltash Tunnel to Carkeel, west of Plymouth: junction improvement scheme
The westbound carriageway will be closed from 7pm to 6am on Monday 10 and Tuesday 11 August.
A38 Carkeel roundabout to Saltash Tunnel, west of Plymouth: junction improvement scheme
The eastbound carriageway will be closed from 7pm to 6am on Monday 10 and Tuesday 11 August.
