Planned roadworks in Devon and Cornwall: weekly summary for Monday 15 June to Sunday 21 June 2015
The following summary of planned new and ongoing road improvements over the coming week is correct as of 5 June, but could be subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. All our improvement work is carried out with the aim of causing as little disruption as possible.
A38 Kennford, south of Exeter – junction improvement
There is a 24 hour contraflow and 50mph speed limit until 31 July.
Work in the coming weeks includes westbound lane closures from 7pm to 3pm Monday to Friday, and 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday. The eastbound carriageway will be closed, with a contraflow, from 8pm to 6am each night. The diversion goes past Exeter Racecourse and onto A380.
A38 Drumbridges, Heathfield, south of Exeter – junction improvement
There are various lane closures on sliproads and the roundabout until 31 July.
A38 Chudleigh Knighton, south of Exeter
Westbound lane closure 7pm-6am Monday to Friday for surveys. 17 June to 4 July.
A38 between Latchbrook and Carkeel roundabouts, west of Plymouth
Eastbound lane closure 9am to 3.30pm for junction improvement scheme. 15 June to 19 June.
Westbound lane closure 9.30am to 3.30pm for junction improvement scheme. 15 June.
A38 - Moorswater junction, Dobwalls Bypass, west of Liskeard
Lane closure on eastbound exit slip 8pm-6am for resurfacing. 19 June to 20 June.
A30 Kennards House, west of Launceston – drainage works
Eastbound entry slip closure 7pm to 6am for drainage works. Diversion via Trebursye. 15 June-18 June.
A30 Crowlas, east of Penzance
Traffic signals 7.30pm to 4.30am for surveys. 15 June – 20 June.
A30 Treswithian west of Redruth
Eastbound lane closure 9am to 3.30pm for surveys. 17 June.
A30 between Temple and Higher Carblake, east of Bodmin – junction improvement
There is a 24 hour closure eastbound and westbound from Monday 8 June to 31 March 2017.
