The following summary of planned new and ongoing road improvements over the coming week is correct as of the above date but could be subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. All our improvement work is carried out with the aim of causing as little disruption as possible.

Devon

A38 between Forder Valley and Deep Lane, Plymouth: bridge replacement scheme

Eastbound carriageway will be closed nightly from 8pm on 3 May until 6am on 9 May. Diversion will be in place via B3416.

Westbound carriageway will be closed nightly from 8pm on 3 May until 6am on 6 May. Diversion will be in place via B3416.

A38 Plympton, east of Plymouth: bridge replacement scheme

Two-lane contraflow and 50mph speed limit will be in place from 5 May.

Cornwall

A38 between Petersfield junction and Twelvewoods roundabout, Dobwalls, west of Liskeard: resurfacing

Westbound carriageway will be closed from 7.30pm on 3 May until 6am on 7 May. Diversion will be in place via Dobwalls village.
