Potential temporary impact on visa application payment
Worldpay, the global partner of UK Visas and Immigration, will undergo essential maintenance on 27 January 2015, between Beijing Time 08:00 am to 14:00 pm (midnight 00:00 and 06:00 GMT).
This essential maintenance will impact upon customers trying to pay their visa application fee in the short term. It is advised that this disruption should last for around 20 minutes, but may last for up to 60 minutes.
During that period, customers may experience a short disruption to paying for their visa applications fees through our online application system. All card providers will be affected by this outage.
If the provider needs to extend this maintenance window, we will issue further updates on our websites.
