This is an early request for information only to help inform Business Case design of proposed Cross-Whitehall Prosperity Fund activity in Brazil, which is still subject to Ministerial approval. Please note that this process does not form part of the Open Competition for the Cross Whitehall Prosperity Fund Framework, details of which are available on Contracts Finder under the heading of Cross Whitehall Prosperity Fund Framework. Any organisation interested in procurement opportunities related to the Prosperity Fund should register on the FCO e-Procurement Portal. Any commercial activity in relation to this programme will be via the Cross Whitehall Prosperity Fund Framework.

Subject to Business Case approval, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) will be seeking delivery partners for the Cross-Whitehall Prosperity Fund in Brazil. At this stage we would like to invite interested suppliers to respond to a short survey, the objective of which is to elicit market views on the feasibility of the proposed delivery options and to discuss challenges and opportunities.

The survey will be available from Monday 14 August 2017 until Sunday 20 August 2017. Please return completed surveys by email to adriana.correira@fco.gov.uk by midnight on Sunday 20 August 2017. Responses should not exceed four sides of A4 or contain logos or other graphics. Responses that are too large or late will NOT be accepted.

Please note that this process does not represent any form of commitment on the part of the FCO. While we are very grateful for input at this pre-procurement stage, we would stress that any opportunities that may subsequently arise will be awarded via open and transparent competition. The FCO does not undertake to implement or provide feedback on any suggestions received. We request that all information contained in this note is treated as sensitive and in confidence. Any information provided to us will be treated in confidence, except to the extent that it may be required by Other Government Departments or where a request under the Freedom of Information Act requires the information to be released.
