Prosperity Fund online event
A Google Hangout will present Prosperity Fund Implementer Supplier and Procurement Event for Large Scale Programmes in Brazil.
The British Embassy in Brasilia is organizing the “Prosperity Fund Implementer Supplier and Procurement Event for Large Scale Programmes in Brazil” to present the new Prosperity Fund to potential delivery suppliers in Brazil.
The new Prosperity Fund will help promote economic growth in developing countries which is worth £1.3 billion over the next 5 years. These reforms will drive sustainable development in developing countries, and create opportunities for international business, including UK companies. The Prosperity Fund forms a strategic proportion of the UK’s total Official Development Assistance (ODA) commitment of 0.7% of Gross National Income (GNI). The programmes that will be the focus of discussion are Green Finance, Energy, Trade and Future Cities.
The event will happen at 9am this Thursday, the 15th at the British Embassy in Brasilia. For those that can’t join the session in Brasilia there will be a Google Hangout transmission at 3pm (Brazil Time) on the same day. You can watch the hangout live on the link below:
