Published - Code of Standards guidance notes

Guidance notes to assist with the interpretation of the OISC's new Code of Standards.

Ahead of the OISC’s new Code of Standards coming into effect on 1 September 2024, guidance notes have been published.

The guidance notes are intended to assist with the interpretation of the new codes and help regulated organisations to understand how the new principles and codes will operate.

Up until 1 September 2024 when the new Code of Standards comes into effect, the existing code will continue to apply. Work completed prior to 1 September 2024 will continue to be subject to the 2016 Code of Standards.
