This year the annual Service of Remembrance will take place on Saturday 9th November, at the Commonwealth War Graves in the Limbe Botanic garden. The British High Commission Yaounde, some diplomatic missions in Cameroon, government officials along side ex-service men in Cameroon to commemorate those who’ve made the ultimate sacrifice in conflicts past and present and help people understand the importance of Remembrance, so those sacrifices are never forgotten. The service will start promptly at 10:45 am.

Poppies currently on sale at the British High Commission from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm each working day. All donations go to the Royal British Legion, who provide practical care, advice and support to serving members of the Armed Forces, veterans of all ages and their families.
