Road maintenance to be carried out on A5 near Shrewsbury
The Highways Agency will be carrying out overnight work on the A5 between Nesscliffe and Montford Bridge near Shrewsbury, Shropshire, from Tuesday 27 May.
The scheme will see pavement repairs and the installation of tactile paving at pedestrian crossing points on the Wolfshead Roundabout near Nesscliffe and resurfacing both carriageways between Montford Bridge and the Felton Butler roundabout.
The A5 will be closed in both directions from 8pm to 6am between the Wolfshead Roundabout and the A458 for two weeks and between Montford Bridge and the Felton Butler Roundabout for three weeks.
Traffic will be diverted via the A458 and A483 or vice versa.
