Exercise Biza is a regular annual training. According to the “Army” Albanian newspaper, last year this event had a significant change regarding it’s conducted exercises, which was essential due to the fact that the main objective of that exercise was the certification of the Second Battalion of Infantry under NATO’s CREVAL system (Combat Readiness Evaluation), the first exercise in the past 24 years in Albania, during which a unit was certified at the battalion level. Exercise “Biza 14” exceeded the expectations of everyone. The battalion was rated as “Combat Ready” from the Armed Forces Assessment Group of the Republic of Albania.
