The GREAT Essay competition

The British High Commission, New Delhi is collaborating with Amity University to organise national level essay competition, 'The GREAT Essay 2016'.

The winner of the competition would join our GREAT Debate winners on a one-week sponsored study tour to the UK. The trip would be a once in a lifetime opportunity to experience culture, arts, commerce, history and politics of the UK.

The aim of this competition and the study tour is to give the winning student a glimpse of society in the UK and to acquaint them with different aspects of multi-cultural Britain.

For the semi-finals, an on the spot essay competition will be held 18 January 2016 at Amity University. Participants coming from outside Delhi-NCR will be provided free accommodation in Amity University hostels.

The grand finale will be held at the Amity University campus Tuesday, 19 January 2016.
